How long can you stay in the UK on a Creative Worker Visa?
If your Creative Worker Visa application is successful, you will be allowed to enter and stay in
the UK for either 12 months or the duration specified on your Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS)

Eligibility requirements
To be eligible for the Creative Worker Visa, you need to meet the following criteria:
Make a unique contribution to the UK labour market, for example, by being
internationally renowned or required for continuity.
Be paid the minimum salary as set by Equity, PACT, or BECTU (except for models,
musicians, or circuses).
Have sufficient funds to support yourself in the UK, typically at least £1,270 (unless
exempt).
Have a valid Certificate of Sponsorship from a Home Office licensed sponsor.
Have a valid TB certificate if you have resided for 6 months before the application in a
country listed by UKVI.
How long does it take to reach a decision?
Once the application process is complete, you will usually receive a decision on your Creative
Worker Visa within 3 weeks if you are outside the UK. If your application is from within the
UK, it typically takes up to 8 weeks to receive a decision.
