Such an educational institution must be approved by UKVI to sponsor the applicant, hence giving the student applicant a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies. The document shows that the student is accepted for studying in a specific course by the institution.

2.Course Qualifications: It has to be a full time program at recognized institute. Only courses that may fall under, for example further education programs and some professional programs that are regarded at level 3 or higher in RQF can be undertaken.

4. English language proficiency: One must prove English language proficiency through an approved test in English or by having any degree-level qualification taught in the English language.
